What you would be doing…	Support the client with accessing the community, including outings to places like bowling alleys, swimming pools, and arcades. Help the client navigate social norms and interactions while fostering independence.
Required skills and experience	The ideal candidate will be: Patient, kind, and understanding, with a calm and gentle communication style. Supportive and reliable, providing reassurance and safety in the community. Experienced in autism support, with the ability to adapt to individual needs and communication preferences.
