About the Direct Payment Holder A gentle, patient, and reliable female Personal Assistant is required to support a six-year-old girl with Autism, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and Cerebral Palsy. She is mobile and able to walk while holding hands (on tiptoes) but needs full assistance with her personal care.
Hours and rate of pay £18.00 per hour, 3 hours of support each week (or 6 hours every two weeks), usually on a Saturday or Sunday

Hours and rate of Pay   72 hours available to be used flexibly in school holidays/term time & weekends.   £12.50 per hour.   Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.          
What you would be doing…   Support sessions will be in the home environment initially until you get to know each other.   The aim is for B to access community activities with another trusted adult, improving his independence skills, giving him opportunities to choose what he wants to do and where he wants to go empowering him to make his own decisions and develop his confidence, he will also have opportunities to socialise with other young people and develop his communications skills.   B wears nappies full assistance with changing will be required.
