R is non verbal and has no vomiting reflex, he struggles with temperature regulation and has a poor sleep routine. R loves to be in water but doesn’t swim yet, he enjoys trampolining and going to the park and all sensory play, he tires quickly and requires distraction to support him with hunger. |

| About the Direct Payment Holder | A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to support a 19-year-old young woman living in Welwyn Garden City. She is non-verbal, autistic, and has severe learning disabilities. She is also visually impaired, although she manages this very well in her day-to-day life. In addition, she has congenital heart and lung disease (monitored by specialists) and epilepsy, which is managed with medication. She requires support with communication, social interaction, and engaging in meaningful activities. A small amount of assistance with personal care is also required, therefore a Female PA is essential for this role. |
