What you would be doing…	Assist in getting out more – shopping, cinema, museums, galleries, and social gatherings. Help with keeping the room and belongings tidy. Support in making and attending appointments (doctors, dentists, hairdressers, etc.). Occasional help with cooking. Help with attending drop-in centres or clubs for socialising and making friends.
Required skills and experience	Experience working with Autistic individuals; preferable if the candidate is Autistic or ADHD themselves. Patience, kindness, understanding, and being a good listener are essential. Well-organised with skills in tidying up, admin, and diary keeping. Must like animals.
