| About the Direct Payment Holder | R is a happy 6 year old boy who has a diagnosis of Parder Willi Syndrome and Autism. R is non verbal and has no vomiting reflex, he struggles with temperature regulation and has a poor sleep routine.
R loves to be in water but doesn’t swim yet, he enjoys trampolining and going to the park and all sensory play, he tires quickly and requires distraction to support him with hunger. |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | 5 hours per month to be used after school hours, weekends or school holidays paid at £13 per hour. |

| What you would be doing… | Supporting R and his mum to access the activities he enjoys/community safely. Some support may take place in the home environment too.
R wears nappies some support with changing may be needed. |
| Required skills and experience | If you have experience of supporting others with Autism that would be great but not essential. It is essential that you are willing to learn about Prada Willi Syndrome as this is challenging for R
We are looking for someone who has kindness and patience, who is willing to be interactive in order to improve and develop skills. Someone who can offer commitment and has good timekeeping skills.
