What you would be doing…	You will support the children at home and in the community, to engage in activities they enjoy and to allow parents to have on 1:1 time in turn with the children. You will engage with the children, encourage them to do non-screen activities, join in with crafts, baking, outdoor activities, go out and about (e.g. zoo, playground). You will also make and encourage consumption of snacks & drinks.
The person I would like…	Seeking someone who is calm, flexible and understanding. You must be reliable and consistent and be able to build relationships with children. Experience with Autism/PDA is ideal, either lived experience or training/work experience. Training will be available. Driving licence and own car essential.
