| About me | Direct Payment (DP) Holder is a 15-year-old girl who is non-verbal, energetic, with a fantastic personality. The teenager has Learning Disabilities, Autism and Epilepsy. |
| Hours and rate of pay | 4 hours per week – Thursday and Friday 2 hours each but this can be flexible
8 hours during school holidays. |

Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Children • Introduction to first aid • Health and Safety

| What you would be doing… | PA will support with accessing the community and enjoying activities such as visiting the trampoline park, going to the farm, swimming etc. |
| The person I would like… | Seeking a female PA who is reliable, caring and flexible who is happy to offer personal care.
Someone who is agile and strong Must be a non-smoker Own car with business use on insurance Needs to drive and willing to pick my child up and drop home Must be fluent in English
