He is bright, curious, active and committed to his recovery, with interests including computer science, computer games, maths, chess, languages, sports (eg skiing, climbing, volleyball).  
Hours and rate of Pay   24 hours a week, paid at £18.20 per hour. Pattern of hours to be discussed (Monday-Friday at present – but occasional weekend availability appreciated).   Enhanced DBS clearance required.          
What you would be doing…   L prefers to be as independent as possible with personal care – he will let you know when he needs support with showering/dressing. Working alongside L to promote and encourage independent living.   Cooking/preparing meals with L using fresh ingredients.   Supporting L with social inclusion, meeting with friends, swimming, climbing and attending other activities and appointments.

  72 hours available to be used flexibly in school holidays/term time & weekends.   £12.50 per hour.   Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.          
  Support sessions will be in the home environment initially until you get to know each other.   The aim is for B to access community activities with another trusted adult, improving his independence skills, giving him opportunities to choose what he wants to do and where he wants to go empowering him to make his own decisions and develop his confidence, he will also have opportunities to socialise with other young people and develop his communications skills.   B wears nappies full assistance with changing will be required.
