About the Person You Will Support:	You will be supporting a lovely man who is non verbal and communicates through facial expressions, eye pointing and body language and uses visual aids to make simple choices. He requires full support with all aspects of his day including dressing, showering, personal care, eating and drinking and medication . You will need to be comfortable using a hoist within the home and pushing a wheelchair when out and about. He enjoys a laid back life, watching tv, going to coffee shops and enjoying gentle strolls in local parks.
Key Responsibilities:	We are looking for someone who is patient , kind , calm and reliable , and is committed to providing high quality care and support . Experience of working in care is not essential, but you should be passionate and willing to learn.
Requirements:	Good spoken English Right to Work and references will be needed. Training will be offered to complete the mandatory training required *Car driver /access to a car is not essential
