Hours	10.05 hours per week – 2 calls per day AM 07:30 M-F & 09:00 S-S and teatime around 17:00 + 1 x 2hrs per week call, there is some flexibility with times.
Rate of Pay	Up to £21 per hour
DBS/Checks	Confirmation of DBS check Right to Work and references will be needed.
About the Person You Will Support:	I am a bubbly 30 year old mum of 2 young children, 5 years and 8 months, we share our home with 2 large but friendly dogs, my family are very important to me. I live with ADHD, Fibromyalgia, Dyspraxia, Joint Hypomobility Syndrome and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I experience brain fog and these combined conditions affect my ability to complete my daily living tasks.
Key Responsibilities:	Jobs will vary depending on how I am feeling, some days I need more support than others. I like to be as independent as possible with my personal care but some mornings support is required, I prefer the re-assurance that someone is around when I shower, ideally you will be preparing breakfast and tidying the kitchen while I shower. I like to cook for my family from scratch and am very organised with the meals we have, I need some help with some jobs like chopping, moving meals from the fridge to the oven and tidying/cleaning up. Support is needed for other domestic jobs, laundry, hoovering& light cleaning, I would also like to order my paperwork
Requirements:	It is essential you are comfortable around children, my 5 year old daughter also has ADHD. If you have some experience of the care industry either in a work capacity or lived experience that would be preferred. I am looking for someone who is caring by nature, friendly, reliable and trustworthy who can work on their own initiative; ask me if you can see something needs doing, sometimes I find it difficult to ask for help. Most importantly, I am looking for someone who enjoys helping others and would like to make a genuine difference to my quality of life.
