About the Person You Will Support:	Personal Assistant needed to support a woman with a brain and spinal injury
Key Responsibilities:	Duties would include all aspects of personal care, administering medication and assisting the lady to access the community so a driver’s licence is essential.
Requirements:	Good communication skills are essential. The role requires someone to have empathy and respect with an understanding of the need to ensure confidentiality is always maintained. Reliability and trustworthiness are essential to this role. Additional hours may become available, so we are looking for someone who is flexible. You may also be required to assist the client on her holidays. Full support and training will be given but some care experience is essential.
