About the Person You Will Support:	A young man with Autism and Learning Disabilities requires support with social interaction and accessing activities.
Key Responsibilities:	Support with accessing the community and accessing activities like going to the gym, for walks, support at social groups and within the home.
Requirements:	Seeking a PA friendly, cheerful and empathetic towards those with disabilities who will enjoy interacting and joining in with activities. Someone experienced in working with those with Autism and Learning Disabilities, particularly in communication difficulty and autism related anxiety and behaviours.
