She is friendly, approachable, and very easy to get along with. We have a good laugh while still keeping things professional and making sure everything that needs to be done gets done. It's a role where you can build a genuine working relationship with the person you support, rather than it feeling overly formal or clinical. No two days are the same, and while there are responsibilities and tasks to get through, there is also plenty of opportunity for conversation, humour, and a positive working environment." So… If you are reliable, hardworking, friendly, and enjoy working closely with people, this could be a really rewarding role! As some personal care is involved, I would feel more comfortable with a female carer. This advert complies with the Sex Discrimination Act (1975) Section 7 (2b). Please send a CV (with 2 references) and a covering letter explaining why you would suit this role. Thank you. Application questions (please answer in your covering letter) What days/times are you available each week, and are you able to commit to these on an ongoing basis? Do you have any existing regular commitments that would prevent you from working the agreed hours? (If yes, please explain in general terms.) Do you drive and have regular access to your own car for this role? (Essential) |
