| About the Person You Will Support: | This role involves supporting a 59-year-old woman in her own home who has a number of health conditions, including CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome). | Key Responsibilities: | Cooking and meal preparation, cleaning and general household duties, Liasing with Doctors and arranging appointments and providing practical support with day-to-day tasks. Unfortunately, the lady has not previously had sufficient support to help organise her home since moving in. Therefore, candidates must be willing and able to support her with organising and maintaining her home environment. |
| Requirements: | Previous experience supporting adults with physical disabilities is preferred, but not essential. The most important qualities are reliability, patience, compassion, and a willingness to learn. Must have access to a car, Must live in or near Doncaster.
