About the Person You Will Support:	The Direct Payment Holder is seeking a kind, reliable female Personal Assistant to support a 67-year-old woman living in Rushden, near Buntingford, who has late-stage Alzheimer's disease. The role will provide companionship, practical support and regular respite for her husband, with a strong emphasis on consistency and building a trusting relationship.
Key Responsibilities:	Providing companionship, reassurance and supervision at home Supporting with toileting and daily living activities Preparing and serving a light lunch Supporting safe, enjoyable activities and occasional local outings Promoting wellbeing while providing respite for the family carer
Requirements:	Kind, patient, calm and compassionate Reliable and able to provide consistent support Experience supporting people with Alzheimer's disease or dementia Understanding of dementia-related needs Driver with access to a vehicle
