About the Person You Will Support:	The Direct payment holder is a young happy 5-year-old boy diagnosed with Autism and issues with Speech and language development. He enjoys music, which encourages him to say some words. He has an interest in animals and dinosaurs, outdoor play and riding his bike. Other activities he enjoys include playing football and swimming.
Key Responsibilities:	Support will include joining activities and socialising with other children/families. Supervising playtime and meals Reading books, painting and drawing along with other activities
Requirements:	Seeking a PA who has previous work or lived experience supporting children with Autism Someone who is kind, caring, friendly, outgoing and of a happy disposition, enjoys supporting children and has a genuine interest in creating a fun and safe space Car owner/driver – Essential (must have business use insurance)
