‘Help Me Spend My Money!’ – Disabled Consumers and Customer Service

Earlier this year Purple launched its ‘Help me Spend my money’ campaign where it asked retailers to commit to five actions to improve their accessibility and ability to attract both disabled employees and consumers. Mike Adams discusses the principles behind the campaign with Aimen Chouchane. Together they will consider best practice in this area as well as how to mitigate risk for your organisation from perceived poor practice.
