| About the Person You Will Support: | H is a 5-year-old with complex medical and physical needs, including epilepsy, hydrocephalus, right sided hemiplegia and a rare brain tumour. He experiences daily absence seizures and requires support with his medical needs and routine activities. H is physically disabled and uses specialist equipment, including a gastrotomy and hoist to support his daily care |
| Key Responsibilities: | Provide one-to-one support for H in activities he enjoys, including watching Disney movies, swimming, going for walks around town, visits to the cinema and Cafes. Supporting H to develop his confidence, communication and independence while ensuring he remains safe and engaged in activities |
| Requirements: | A patient, calm person with experience supporting children with complex medical needs. Experience administering seizure medication. Experience using a Gastrostomy (PEG) and hoist.
