\nPayment Holder
\nA 53-year-old woman with Spinal Muscular Atrophy is looking for a reliable,
\nproactive and physically capable Carer\/PA\/Housekeeper to join her established
\n24-hour care team. She is sociable, busy and home-loving, and requires support
\nboth inside her home and when attending meetings and activities outside.
\nShe uses an electric wheelchair and requires assistance with ceiling-track hoists
\nfor transfers. Full training will be provided.

\nCurrently seeking someone to work Friday OR Saturday, 8am\u20138pm
\nHertfordshire (AL1)
\nDBS\/Checks
\nConfirmation of DBS check
\nRight to Work and references will be needed.
\nTraining
\nTraining will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
\n\u2022 Safeguarding Adults
\n\u2022 Introduction to first aid
\n\u2022 Health and Safety
\nWhat you would
\nbe doing\u2026
\nHoisting (ceiling track system \u2013 training provided)
\nDaily exercises and stretching routines (training provided)
\nAssistance with dressing, washing and general personal routines
\nGeneral housekeeping and maintaining a clean, organised home
\nEnsuring a dust-free environment due to respiratory sensitivities
\nSupporting with cooking and food preparation
\nManaging domestic tasks throughout the day
\nAccompanying her both at home and to external meetings or appointments
\nConfidently driving a large van
\nHelping her maintain an active, sociable household environment
\nRequired skills
\nand experience
\nMust be competent and comfortable around animals (dogs, cats and a rabbit
\nlive in the home)
\nConfident driving a large van
\nComfortable taking on physical tasks
\nEfficient, organised and able to use initiative
\nOpen-minded, non-discriminatory and respectful in all interactions
\nMust be self-employed
\nMust be reliable and able to work 12-hour shifts
\nPractical, capable and physically able
\nPositive, friendly and adaptable
\nComfortable working in a busy, pet-friendly home
\nSomeone who enjoys supporting an active, sociable individual
\nA person who values teamwork and takes pride in maintaining a clean,
\norganised environment
