About the Direct Payment Holder<\/strong><\/td>\nA disabled woman living in Berkhamsted (HP4) is seeking a kind, thoughtful, and independent female Personal Assistant (PA) to support her at home. She lives with her two teenage sons and uses a walker for mobility.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Hours and rate of pay <\/strong><\/td>\nEvery Sunday: 9:00\u201311:00 am or 10:00\u201312:00 pm<\/p>\n

Alternate Saturdays: Same hours as above<\/p>\n

Holiday cover available, if possible<\/p>\n

\u00a316\u00a0 per hour<\/p>\n

Location<\/strong><\/td>\nHome-based in Berkhamsted (HP4)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
DBS\/Checks<\/strong><\/td>\nConfirmation of DBS check<\/p>\n

Right to Work and references will be needed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Training <\/strong><\/td>\nTraining will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Safeguarding Adults<\/p>\n

\u2022 Introduction to first aid<\/p>\n

\u2022 Health and Safety \/ Moving and handling<\/p>\n

Washing and ironing<\/p>\n

Food preparation<\/p>\n

General cleaning and tidying<\/p>\n

Occasional driving support for outings or errands (a car and business insurance are essential)<\/p>\n

Required skills and experience<\/strong><\/td>\nConfident driver with own car and business insurance required<\/p>\n

Organising a busy family household is essential<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The right person will be discreet, compassionate, and able to work independently. A good sense of organisation and understanding of family dynamics is important, along with reliability and flexibility.<\/p>\n
