\nT is a happy sociable 14 year old boy who has a diagnosis of
\nAutism with traits of ADHD.
\nT is very active, he likes to be busy! He enjoys being outdoors, he
\nlikes playing football and going to the park, he is passionate about
\naviation, fighter jets in particular.
\nHours and rate
\nof Pay
\nFlexible hours 55.5 available paid at \u00a312.71 per hour \u2013 hours to be
\nused after school, in the holidays and some weekends.
\nEnhanced DBS clearance is essential.
\nWhat you
\nwould be
\ndoing\u2026
\nSupporting T with independence skills, giving him confidence to
\naccess the community with another trusted adult, doing things
\noutdoors together like going to the park with a football, socialising
\nwith other young people, building his confidence in social situations
\nand developing his communication skills.
\nSome prompting to use the toilet and other reminders will be
\nrequired (to be discussed).
\nThe person I
\nwould like\u2026
\nExperience of supporting other young people with Autism would be
\ngreat but not essential for this role, a willingness to learn about
\nAutism and the challenges it can bring is essential.
\nSomeone who is warm, friendly, culturally mindful, who is reliable
\nand punctual as routine is important for T. If you have similar
\ninterests to T that would be great.

\nA UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle with
