Essex CM6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rate of pay: <\/strong>\u00a314.00 per hour (Employed)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role: I am expanding my team of PA&#8217;s due to an increase in my personal health budget (PHB)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a314\/hour (employed), a contribution: of contracted and bank hours, paid annual leave, insurance and DBS am-<\/li>\n<li>Essential shifts covered by the team: : 8:15am-2:15pm, 5:15pm-6:45pm daily, plus coverage of additional hours when needed and occasional overnight support<\/li>\n<li>Not suitable for anyone restricted by school hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job description: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enable the independence of a 43 year old lady with complex health needs arising from EDS and FND<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to a positive outlook and drive for life<\/li>\n<li>Provide support both in and out of the home, including personal care, health management, maintaining a calm and tidy living environment, and enabling engagement in meaningful activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience or quali\ufb01cations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Be flexible, sensitive and a good communicator<\/li>\n<li>Be over 25 with a full, clean UK driving licence in order to drive my WAV<\/li>\n<li>Training will be provided and paid for<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>No smoking and no vaping policy in place for all employees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Any o\ufb00ers are subject to a DBS check, receipt of two references and checking the legal right to live and work in the UK.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>As some personal care is involved, I would feel more comfortable with a female carer.
