About the Direct Payment Holder<\/strong><\/td>\nR is a happy 6 year old boy who has a diagnosis of Parder Willi Syndrome and Autism.\u00a0 R is non verbal and has no vomiting reflex, he struggles with temperature regulation and has a poor sleep routine.<\/p>\n

R loves to be in water but doesn\u2019t swim yet, he enjoys trampolining and going to the park and all sensory play, he tires quickly and requires distraction to support him with hunger.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Hours and rate of pay \u00a0hours <\/strong><\/td>\n5 hours per month to be used after school hours, weekends or school holidays paid at \u00a313 per hour.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Location<\/strong><\/td>\nHuntingdon \u2013 PE29<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
DBS\/Checks<\/strong><\/td>\nConfirmation of Enhanced DBS check<\/p>\n

Right to Work and references will be needed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

What you would be doing\u2026<\/strong><\/td>\nSupporting R and his mum to access the activities he enjoys\/community safely.\u00a0 Some support may take place in the home environment too.<\/p>\n

R wears nappies some support with changing may be needed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Required skills and experience<\/strong><\/td>\nIf you have experience of supporting others with Autism that would be great but not essential.\u00a0 It is essential that you are willing to learn about Prada Willi Syndrome as this is challenging for R<\/p>\n

We are looking for someone who has kindness and patience, who is willing to be interactive in order to improve and develop skills.<\/p>\n

Someone who can offer commitment and has good timekeeping skills.<\/p>\n
