8 hours per week days and times flexible could be daytime or evening.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00a315.00 per hour possible increase following successful probation period for the right person.<\/p>\n

Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.<\/p>\n

You will be supporting H with the following life skills\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Travel & route training so he can access the local community with confidence.<\/p>\n

Supporting H to identify activities of interest and access them together.<\/p>\n

Building confidence when interacting with others.<\/p>\n

Practicing money skills, such as paying for items in shops.<\/p>\n

Exploring employment support<\/p>\n

Exploring voluntary opportunities.<\/p>\n

If you have experience of supporting others with Autism that would be great but is not essential, a willingness to learn about Autism and the challenges it can sometimes bring is really important.<\/p>\n

Life experience is important.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Someone who is patient, kind and encouraging, who is happy to be interactive in order to develop skills while promoting H\u2019s independence and enabling him to learn new skills.<\/p>\n
