About the Direct Payment Holder<\/strong><\/td>\nWe\u2019re looking for a caring, reliable and patient Personal Assistant to support an autistic man with epilepsy and learning difficulties. What you would be doing\u2026<\/strong><\/td>\nSupport daily routines, personal care and meal prep<\/p>\n

Encourage social interaction and community outings<\/p>\n

Support with medication as required<\/p>\n

Provide emotional support and promote independence<\/p>\n

Help maintain structure and reduce anxiety<\/p>\n

Drive to appointments, activities and outings<\/p>\n

Required skills and experience<\/strong><\/td>\nKind, patient and empathetic approach<\/p>\n

Reliable, flexible and organised<\/p>\n

Good communication skills<\/p>\n

Experience in autism support (preferred but not essential)<\/p>\n

Full UK driving licence<\/p>\n
