About me<\/td>\nI am a 50 year old man living with mental health difficulties, I am Bi Polar, have Multiple Personality Disorder and Emotional Personality Disorder. \u00a0I have Type 2 Diabetes and limited mobility due to Rheumatoid Arthritis.<\/p>\n

I share my home with my dog Chardonnay who is very important to me, she is an emotional support dog.<\/p>\n

I manage my mental health with medication and support from the Mental Health Team.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Hours and rate of pay<\/td>\n2.5 hours per week (Sunday) \u2013 paid at \u00a312.71 per hour + cover for team absences, holiday\/sickness.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

What you would be doing\u2026<\/td>\nSupporting me with general household tasks, keeping my home tidy & clean, some laundry & preparing meals from scratch.<\/p>\n

Some support with paperwork, making appointments, I may ask you to accompany me to some appointments.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The person I would like\u2026<\/td>\nYou will need to be comfortable around dogs.<\/p>\n

If you have some experience of mental health difficulties that would be great but is not essential.<\/p>\n

It is essential that you are a kind & caring person, someone who will encourage and motivate me in the areas where I need support.<\/p>\n

You will be working as part of a team so it is important you have flexibility to cover team absences with suitable notice.<\/p>\n
