51 year old man living independently in Cambridge<\/strong> is looking for a Polish speaking support worker<\/strong>. A has mental health challenges which are stable but he does experience low mood and lack of motivation.\u00a0 A enjoys gaming, music and sport.<\/p>\n

Hours and rate of Pay <\/strong><\/td>\n <\/p>\n

2 hours per week @ \u00a318.75 per hour.<\/p>\n

Enhanced DBS clearance is required.<\/p>\n

Supporting A to communicate with professionals who are involved with his care and support and his accommodation.\u00a0 Supporting him with correspondence, bills & booking appointments etc.,<\/p>\n

Supporting A to access the community practising his English & with time going to the gym.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Establishing contact with professionals involved in A\u2019s care and support.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Experience of supporting others is not essential, someone who is a good communicator, open minded and non judgemental is important.<\/p>\n

Someone who enjoys conversation and who has a good spoken English.<\/p>\n
