About the service user<\/strong><\/td>\nSupport for a 40 year old man with an acquired brain injury which causes cognitive difficulties.\u00a0 L has experienced a bereavement and needs some support to get back on track, he has low mood and can lack motivation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

L masks his condition, he presents as very confident but does experience social anxiety.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

L works part time and has a 5 year old daughter who is very important to him.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Hours and rate of Pay <\/strong><\/td>\n <\/p>\n

5.75 hours per week @ up to \u00a323 per hour depending on experience.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Enhanced DBS Clearance is essential.<\/p>\n

Support with motivation to complete daily living tasks such as keeping his living space clean and tidy, support with paperwork, bills etc., When L feels more on track supporting him to access the community like going to the gym.<\/p>\n
