Required skills and experience Experience in supporting children with additional needs, ideally those with autism.   Ability to assist with personal care.   Enthusiasm for engaging with the child through play.   Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the specific needs of the family.   Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
