| About me | I am a 40 year old lady with Cerebal Palsy, who is wheelchair bound and has use of my right hand. I communicate via my word board and am seeking a PA to support me to live independently in my home and access the community.
I am an upbeat, positive person with an optimistic outlook on life and have a passion for performing. |
| Hours and rate of pay | 27 hours per week – 3 days per week
10am – 7pm Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Self-employed from £16.97 per hour |

| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Adults • Introduction to first aid • Health and Safety

| What you would be doing… | I enjoy getting out and about as much as possible and require support with shopping trips, visiting the Cinema and Theatre and going to Cafes and Pubs.
I also require support with getting up and ready in the mornings, light cleaning and occasional laundry. |
| The person I would like… | Seeking a PA who is outgoing and chatty with a good sense of humour.
Someone who is patient, friendly, reliable, honest and who enjoys reading.
Driving licence essential as you will be driving my WAV (wheelchair adapted vehicle).
Experience in Moving and Handling, using a ceiling hoist essential.
It will be valuable if you have had experience with PEG also.
