Job Title: Self-employed PA (care)
Location: Nottingham (NG15)
Rate of Pay: £18 per hour
Pattern of Work: Three to four days a week for around three to four hours per session. Day trips will be for the day so the hours would be longer on day trips. The usual hours and starting time would be 9am until12pm. Days and hours may increase over time.
Job Description:
A wonderful and rewarding opportunity is now available to support a very special young man. The inspirational young man who has a very rare neurological disorder has been very poorly but is now starting to make some progress with his illness. A Personal Assistant is needed to support him to achieve his goals and fulfil his dreams and wishes. The young man has had a very long journey with his illness and a PA is needed to support him with the next chapter of his journey. This will be a very exciting opportunity for you.
What you would be doing as the PA
- Supporting with rehabilitation
- Assisting on day trips
- Helping to achieve goals
- Helping to fulfil dreams and wishes
- Taking notes
- Laise with medical professionals
- Help to boost confidence and self esteem
- Understand and get to know the young man and his condition
- There will be exciting opportunities available to the PA
- Helping with life skills and reaching his full potential
Experience or Qualifications:

- Have a DBS check (this could be arranged if you haven’t already got one)
