| About me | Our Direct Payment holder is a 37 years old male. He is quiet, polite and a placid man who lives with his family. He has schizophrenia, which was diagnosed in 2012 and is now well controlled with medication.
The young man likes playing snooker and watching a variety of sports both at live matches and on TV. He also spends a lot of his time watching DVDs and going to the cinema on occasions. |
| Hours and rate of pay | Monday/Tuesday/Friday 10 am to 11.30 am
Wednesday/Thursday 10 am to 11.45 am £14.70 per hour

| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Adults • Introduction to first aid • Health and Safety

| What you would be doing… | · Accessing the community to support with shopping or social activities.
· Personal care such as shaving. · Support with daily tasks |
| The person I would like… | The Direct Payment holder is looking for someone with excellent people skills and is confident talking about personal care subjects. They need to take an enabling approach to encourage taking on daily tasks with their support. |
