| Hours and rate of pay | 9 hours rising to 13.5 by mutual agreement
Monday, Wednesday (Friday) 10am til 2:30pm |

| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Adults • Introduction to first aid • Health and Safety

| What you would be doing… | Seeking a PA to support me to access activities outside the home. Activities will include bowling, picnics, cafes etc. To also take part in cooking activities. |
| The person I would like… | Seeking a PA who is very patient, nurturing with a good sense of humour. Someone who can offer encouragement and is active and happy to dance, play ball etc. |
