| About me | I’m nearly 21, live at home with my younger sister, mum and 4 cats. I currently enjoy going to college 2 days a week and the lily rose day care provision to which will be 4 days/full time from July.
I love my music, and gaming on the Xbox. I also enjoy watching films with my family, going to the cinema and a good game of uno!

Hours: Monday – Friday (hours to be discussed at interview stage) Saturday 9am-1pm Looking for a small team of PAs to cover various days/hours of support

| What you would be doing… | I need help with getting about as mobility can be difficult. I need crutches all the time and quite often my wheelchair. I need help with the toilet and taking a bath. At times I also need help with getting dressed. If my epilepsy is particularly bad this help increases as I get anxious with falling too.
To be driven to and from college and lily rose centre both in Chelmsford. Maybe a couple smaller local trips to places like GP, hairdressers, barbers etc. Personal daily care, prepare some meals, basic laundry say putting out on line maybe a bit of ironing as J is unable to stand. Change bedding.

| The person I would like… | Kind, encouraging as J can be stubborn and needs a firm authority to get him to do what’s needed. Someone who can support and help J’s development of independence to move forward with his next stage of life.
Someone flexible as training will be provided. But reliable, and passionate about the role important to give J the support and independence he deserves, while still able to be in a home environment. Full uk driving licence required, as need to drive mobility car. Own car with business insurance an advantage but not essential. Must be fluent in English due to learning and language delay and find it difficult to understand.
