| About the Direct Payment Holder | A young teenager with ADHD who loves football, kickboxing, gaming and anything animal related is seeking a PA to support him to access the community and take part in activities to help build his self-esteem. |
| Hours and rate of pay | £14.25 per hour
6 hours per week – Weekend mornings or weekday evening ( to be arranged) |

| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Children • Paediatric first aid • Moving and handling

| What you would be doing… | You will be offering support with accessing the community, taking part in activities and enjoying time doing things that are of interest to the teenager. You will offer encouragement and guidance to help build the young man’s self-esteem. |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking a PA who is fun, honest and reliable. Whilst specific training is not required for the role a knowledge of early life trauma would be an advantage.
Must be comfortable around dogs. |
