| About the Direct Payment Holder | I am a young happy and loving boy with ASD, ADHD, Global Delay and Focal Seizures.
I love books, role playing and going out. I also enjoy talking about my interests and favourite things. I would like a PA who is able to take me out or support me with activities at home. |
| Hours and rate of pay | 2 hours per week or 4 hours every 2 weeks – Saturdays 5-7pm would be ideal but can be flexible |

| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Children • Paediatric first aid • Moving and handling

| What you would be doing… | You will be playing and taking part in activities the young boy wishes to do, these may include role play, trips to the park, visiting the cinema etc. |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking a PA who is experienced with working with children and should have a genuine interest in supporting children and activities fun. |
