| About the Direct Payment Holder | Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide cleaning support for a young lady with autism and physical disabilities.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment for the young lady and her two autistic daughters.
In the family home there are 3 pets, two cats and one small friendly dog (Dachshund), it is essential the applicant has no pet allergies and happy to be happy working in the home with the animals present. |

| What you would be doing… |
Ensure surfaces are regularly dusted to maintain a clean and tidy living space. Vacuuming and mopping the floors to keep the home free from dust and allergens. Washing dishes and maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment. Making beds to provide a comfortable and organised sleeping space. Cleaning all areas of the bathroom and downstairs toilet. All cleaning duties will be varied based on priority areas first, can subject to change dependant on needs. |
| Required skills and experience |
Previous experience in cleaning roles is preferred.
Skills in handling individuals with autism are essential, as the household includes an autistic young lady and her two daughters. Understanding of communication and interaction difficulties is essential.
A compassionate and understanding nature is crucial, considering the unique needs of the household.
Good timekeeping and punctuality are key to ensure consistency in cleaning routines.
