About the Direct
Payment Holder
7 year old young person with a diagnosis of Autism and is non-verbal.
U enjoys keeping active and engaged with trips to the park, going for walks and
when at home, reading playing with puzzles and fun in the garden.
Hours and rate of
pay hours
Pay rate – £13.00 per hour
Term time – 7 hours per week
School holidays – 10 hours per week
Weekend support – 2 hours every Saturday
Additional hours also available to be used flexibly – To be discussed and agreed
upon with the family
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
Location CB3 area
DBS/Checks Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed.
What you would
be doing… Supporting with keeping U active and engaged whether that be trips to the park
or other planned activities. Helping to develop communication and social skills.
Required skills
and experience
Knowledge/Experience of working with Neurodiverse children.
It is very important that you are reliable, have good timekeeping, strong and
communication skills.
A bubbly personality, a good sense of humour, and a kind and caring nature,
