| About the Direct Payment Holder | A 41-year-old woman living independently in Hitchin is seeking a reliable, patient and well-organised Personal Assistant to provide structured daily support following an Acquired Brain Injury and partial sight loss.
She experienced a burst brain aneurysm and subsequent strokes in 2021 and 2022. Although her physical recovery has been strong, she continues to experience challenges with short-term memory, executive functioning and visual impairment. She works two mornings a week in a local law firm in reception and archiving roles and lives close to her family, who provide additional support. |

| What you would be doing… |
The PA will support her every weekday, with short visits in the morning and late afternoon/evening, totalling approximately 2 hours per day. Support will also include assistance with taking prescribed medication as required. |
