| About the Direct Payment Holder | A lady with terminal cancer is seeking a PA to support with care and offer some companionship.
Interests include watching TV and enjoying walks, lunches out and visiting the shops.

| Hours and rate of pay | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8am – 12pm – 4 hours per day.
Wednesday 8am – 10am. Saturday 9am-11am. |

| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Adults • Introduction to first aid • Health and Safety

| What you would be doing… | Duties will include supporting the lady to get ready for the day, light household chores, medication prompts some personal care and accessing the local community for walks.
|
| Required skills and experience | Seeking an experienced adult care PA who is a caring friendly person and is able to communicate clearly. Someone who is good at creating a relationship with the family.
Previous experience with seizures beneficial, however, not essential but you will need to be able to administer medication to control seizures. You will need to be comfortable with indoor smokers and dogs.
