| About the Direct Payment Holder | I am a 41-year-old gentleman who has some physical disabilities which can be debilitating. I am seeking a PA to support me to access the community along with helping me in my own home. |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | 10 hours per week – Flexible but to be arranged around appointments etc. |

| What you would be doing… | Supporting me to access the community, medication and hygiene prompts. Arranging and attending appointments and some light household chores |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking a PA who has previous experience in a similar role.
Someone who is friendly, outgoing and has a bubbly personality.
