| About the Direct Payment Holder | A gentleman in his 60’s with mild Learning Disabilities and Autism who has a good sense of humour and enjoys gardening, photography and nature is seeking a PA to support him with jobs in the garden, accessing the community and offering companionship. |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | £14.70 per hour
4-6 hours per week Thursday or Friday – 9:30am-4pm The hours are negotiable and there will be an opportunity for extra hours to cover holidays or absence of other PA. |

Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Adults • Introduction to first aid • Health and Safety

| What you would be doing… | You will be supporting the gentleman on a 1:1 basis in the home, garden and accessing the community. Building the confidence of the gentleman so he can overcome some of his nervousness and anxiety. |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking a kind, helpful, reliable PA who is committed to supporting someone to achieve their goals.
A patient person who is able to support the gentleman with his anxiety.
