| About the Direct Payment Holder | A young man in his early twenties with Down Syndrome and type 1 Diabetes is seeking a PA who is able to support him by picking him up and take him to Watford and support him in a work training environment. |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | 7-10 hours per day – One day per week |
| Location | Berkhamsted (HP4) |
| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| What you would be doing… | You will be required to support the young man to travel to his work place and monitor blood sugar levels. |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking a PA with good life experience, ideally with experience of type 1 Diabetes or a willingness to learn.
A car owner/driver is essential |
