| About the Direct Payment Holder | An elderly gentleman is seeking a PA to support him with accessing the community and going for walks along with maintaining his independence around the home |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | £12.71 per hour
Various hours available to be shared. This gentleman requires 24 hour care in place, with dedicated day and night carers and an additional career to attend during the day to provide a two-hour break cover, so there is always support in place.

| What you would be doing… | You will be supporting the gentleman in his home to live independently. Help with cooking and occasional support with dressing. Accessing the community and going for walks and enjoying conversations about fishing and gardening. |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking a PA who is honest, polite and cheerful with a good sense of humour.
Previous experience working with adults with Alzheimer’s is essential.
You should be comfortable working on your own and support the gentleman as his family requests. |
