| About me | I am 34 years old and have Down’s Syndrome and Type 1 diabetes.
I love life! My interests include: music, dancing, cooking, shopping, T.V., theatre and sports e.g. football, yoga and horse riding. I am looking for a part-time Personal Assistant/Companion who is able to support me when out and about or at home

| Hours and rate of pay | MONDAYS – 9.30 -5.30 (a bit of flexibility is available over times), pay circa £13- £15 per hour
|
| Location | Welwyn (AL6) – Must live within 20 minutes’ drive of Welwyn. |
| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Adults • Introduction to first aid • Health and Safety

| What you would be doing… | You will be helping me with tasks around the home and supporting me when out and about accessing the community. |
| The person I would like… | I am looking for a part-time Personal Assistant/Companion who is enthusiastic, flexible, fun and forward thinking.
Must be non-smoker. Car driver/owner essential, mileage paid – Must live within 20 minutes’ drive of Welwyn. Experience not required. |
