| About me | Our Direct Payment holder lives in a supported living with his own flat. He has Mild learning disabilities, Bipolar and suffers with anxiety. Would love to get out into the community to help gain confidence and build on some great friendships. |
| Hours and rate of pay | 1 day a week, between Thursday, Friday or Saturday. It will be a day shift of 5 hours
£14 per hour

| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Adults • Introduction to first aid • Health and Safety

| What you would be doing… | Supporting with access to the community, building up social confidence, take to LGBTQ clubs |
| The person I would like… | The Direct payment holder can form attachments, so the person will need to remind him that it is a professional relationship and be able to steer away from this.
Someone who is kind and able to support him to gain confidence in order for him to make friendships.
