| About the Direct Payment Holder | A 40-year-old lady with Dravets Syndrome is seeking a PA to support her to access the community and the day centre she attends. |
| Hours and rate of pay | £13.90 per hour
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday and some weekends Suitable for 1 full time PA or part time PAs as a job share |

| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| Training | Training will be offered to enable to complete the mandatory training required:
• Safeguarding Adults • Introduction to first aid • Health and Safety

| What you would be doing… | You will be supporting with some personal care tasks as well as accessing the community and enjoying activities such as swimming plus attending a day centre. |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking a dedicated and reliable female PA who is kind and patient. Must be flexible with experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities.
Training will be provided.
Car owner/driver – Essential.
