| About the Direct Payment Holder | An 18 year-old lady with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is seeking a PA to support her with daily tasks such as light household chores, learning safe independency skills and working towards visiting a gym or accessing the community in the future. |
| Hours and rate of pay hours | 10 hours per week – 3 days a week with 1 weekend or evening (days/times to be arranged) |

| DBS/Checks | Confirmation of DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed. |
| What you would be doing… | You will be supporting with oganising the bedroom environment, supporting with washing, cooking and learning safe independency skills. |
| Required skills and experience | Seeking a female PA who has previous experience in Autism, ADHD and trauma.
Someone who is able to connect and has similar interests with a young 18 year-old lady. Someone who is able to offer support as more of a companion rather than a PA. |
