| About me | I’m a working mom, with a warm personality and a great sense of humour. As part of the LGBTQ+ community, my identity is an important part of who I am and naturally shapes the care, understanding and openness I bring to my relationships.
I have cerebral palsy, suffer from chronic fatigue and pain issues and I’m also neurodivergent, this gives me a unique sense of perspective and resilience. I am a creative person and love to listen to my extensive music collection along with playing computer games and partaking in role play. |

| What you would be doing… | Supporting with my participation in family life through, household chores, shopping, cooking and laundry and pet care. Taking in parcel deliveries, there will be times heavy lifting or a bit of gardening is needed too. I will also need help with dressing and occasionally, showering, so personal care is part of my routine. |
| The person I would like… | I would like someone who is mindful, patient, understanding and comfortable with offering practical help, while still keeping things light, respectful and person-centred. You will be open-minded and have a proactive approach to the role.
Someone who is confident to use their own initiative but also isn’t afraid to ask for help or communicate openly.
Someone who is able to follow rules and be willing to use the app family wall, this is to keep everyone up to date (e.g. timetables, shopping lists etc.) A driver, with own vehicle would be an advantage, but not mandatory Must be comfortable around animals as I have two cats and tropical fish. Must be comfortable around children. As some personal care is involved, I would feel more comfortable with a female carer. This advert complies with the Sex Discrimination Act (1975) Section 7 (2b).
