| About me | I am a female in my 80’s suffering from Dementia and require support with personal care and domestic tasks. I am supported by my family with decision making and communication. I can only speak Punjab/Hindi and therefore would like a personal assistant who speak and understand either of those 2 languages.

| Hours and rate of pay | Total hours per week : 10.5 per week- Rate of Pay: £12ph
Monday – Sunday – Lunch: 12noon – 12.30pm Monday – Sunday – Tea: 4.00pm 4.30pm Monday – Sunday Evening – 7.00pm – 7.30pm.
Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.

| The person I would like… | You should have a genuine interest in the provision of high-quality care and have some background in working with dementia. I am looking for someone who is reliable, committed, honest, and trustworthy .
